Delete your data
Delete your Capchr account in the app, or contact us with a request to delete your personal data.
Delete your Capchr account
- Open Capchr and sign in to the account you want to delete.
- Open Profile and scroll to Account deletion.
- Choose Delete account, read the confirmation, then choose Delete.
This permanently deletes your account, collections, and images. It cannot be undone.
Request deletion or get help
If you cannot sign in, or want to request deletion of personal data held by Capchr, including data from a Facebook or Instagram connection, email support@vervemediagroup.com. Include your Capchr account email and which data you want deleted. Do not send passwords or access tokens.
If you have a membership
If your membership is billed through our website and is still active, cancel it before deleting your account, or contact support. Manage any Apple App Store subscription separately in your Apple ID settings.
Content already sent to Meta
Deleting your Capchr account or disconnecting Meta does not delete posts or catalogue items already sent to Meta. To remove a published post, use Facebook or Instagram. Disconnecting also does not clear your saved Capchr publishing records, and a request already sent may still complete.
